After working on these paintings of ‘One Direction’ for several weeks, I have finished them today!!!
(remember… you can click on the image for a better view…!!)
size: 120 - 60 cm.
I don’t know why or how but the blue color isn’t really that blue… it’s more greenish-blue in real life…

Hi my blog-friends!!
I’m still alive and kickin’… just busy with all kind of things and no time for blogging…
Most of my ‘free’ time I’m behind my easel painting. And I like to show you a little sneak of one of the paintings I’m making for Carmen.
Here you see two of the five guys from the band One Direction. Carmen is a huge fan!!!
The two paintings are each 60 – 60 cm. I think it will keep me busy for another week or so. Every color is painted two, and sometimes three times…

And I’m in it!!! YEAYYYYY!!
I haven’t seen or held it in my hands but I know that it’s on it’s way and hopefully it will arrive here tomorrow!

At the moment I don’t have much to show you…
That’s because I’m back to my ‘first love’… painting!
I lost interest in the original scrapping some while ago and made the switch to art journaling/mixed media.
A few post back you could see some small paintings I had made. And then it started to itch… I wanted to paint again!!
Last week I started on a painting that will hang in Liam’s room when it’s finished.
Here’s a little sneak peak…
It is our cat Emmy and the size of the whole canvas is 60 – 60 cm.

I don’t think I will be back here on weekly basis. To make a painting takes a lot more time than make an art journal page or a layout…

At the moment I’m busy with all kinds of things except creating on paper or canvas…
I’m making plans for redesigning my living room. There are a lot of things that are in desperate need of being replaced with new!!
A little list…. I need 4 new chairs at my dining table… I need a huge new closet with lots of storing room in it… I need new curtains at the front and back windows… I need a new lamp… and then of course I need paint for the walls!!
That will keep me busy for some time I guess… But I love doing it!!
However I did finish an other calendar page!
