The last days of the year…

Almost 2011 and I don’t have to work this last week of the year!!
I’m enjoying these free days to the fullest!!
I love to get up at about 9 in the morning, make a cup of tea, read the newspaper -still in my PJ’s of course!!-
As most of you know Marit is having a TOP 2000 blog party and on the third day I was taken by all the artworks of others I saw there. These works are great, diverse and very inspiring!! And so is all the music 24 hours a day!! I just HAD to play along!!! I know I was planning to finish my canvasses but I only made these music layouts….

and…
and…
and… I made two more but I can’t show them yet. Those songs will be played tomorrow so if you are curious… visit Marit’s blog tomorrow!!! I can’t wait to see what everybody came up with…. And if you wanna play along too…. it’s free…. it’s fun…. and there’s one more day to go, so play along!!!
One thing I don’t like about the last day of the year is…. fireworks… And then I mean the fireworks my son is about to shoot up in the air… I’m so afraid of all the accidents that might happen….
Boys will be boys… if you know what I mean….

WAt geweldig, dat je weer meespeelde en zulke mooie bijdrages had aan mijn top 2000 blog party! Leuk ook, om ze (bijna) allemaal op een rijtje te zien staan! (Je laatste twee werken staan in de blogpost van vandaag – dus iedereen: kom kijken! Ze zijn ook weer prachtig!) Ennuh… succes met de laatste ‘knal dag’ van het jaar en een heel goed, nieuw begin!!!

kan mij voorstellen dat je dat geknal van je zoon maar niks vindt, hopelijk gaat alles goed!
ik moet niks van vuurwerk hebben, ik kom vandaag dan ook liever niet buiten. en vannacht bekijk ik het vuurwerk lekker veilig binnen voor het raam…hoewel met die mist zal er niet veel te zien .

Love your art and creativity! I’ve enjoyed being lazy this week, getting up late, etc. Too bad it will soon come to an end! Hope you have a safe New Years with your fireworks. Around here, some people think it’s a good idea to shoot guns in the air!!
